I’m Daniel Founder of MAXICO EXPERIENCES


Chef by trade, lover of nature , indigenous world cultures, farming, fishing, hosting, cumbia dancing and street food….


Born in Uruguay into a jewish family dedicated to catering and food. I was raised in fantastic Mexico City amongst stoves , luscious weddings and events followed by street corner tacos on the way home with dad.


Graduated the CIA(Culinary Institute of America, NY) Trained in France in 1&2 Michelin star restaurants, then got my B.A. in Hotel & Restaurant management at FIU(Florida International University, Miami).


I have been very fortunate to have traveled extensively and had first hand experience in searching for the best street food anywhere I go.


Hosting is my thing, so taking you around Mexico and sharing my love for food will be my pleasure.
